WHO HAVE MADE A CONTRIBUTION TO THE WOMEN’S
FEMINIST ART MOVEMENT OF THE 1960’s and 1970’s
We have made history!
Join us in our mission to safeguard the legacy of women artists, art historians, collectors, curators, critics, and writers born before 1950, working from 1960 to 1979 in the cause of Feminist art.
Our mission is to identify and research the artists, art historians, critics, curators, collectors and writers of the Women’s Cannon of the 1960s and 1970s and uncover the broad spectrum of contributions and innovations these women have made to Contemporary World Art.
This blog has been created to bring all interested parties together to organize and participate in collecting the history of the Women's Canon: Feminist Art Movement of the 1960's and 1970's. - Faith Ringgold

Dear Readers,
The act of art making, writing or curating feminist issues, was and is now still in many ways a pioneering effort. It is imperative to be included and/or to include deceased friends in this survey because women's history is to often lost. Please tell us what you did and how you contributed to the advancement of the Feminist Movement of the 60's and 70's.
We will donate the information collected from this survey to the Feminist Art Project at Rutgers so that it will have a place in history.
